Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane this week:
Six-year-old Bernie (A390829) is affectionate, loyal, and active. He loves going for walks and splashing in the pool on a warm day. He’s just a really fun guy! Bernie is hoping to find a home with someone who loves to play as much as he does and enjoys frequent games of fetch. Bernie would do best as the only pet in the home, but he has plenty of love to give and would really enjoy snuggling up with his favorite human
after a long day of fun and games.
Bernie is eligible for a 30-day adoption trial. Take him home for a month, get to know and love him, and we’ll provide all the supplies. At the end of 30 days, you can make your adoption official. Email foster@pasadenahumane.org to get your adoption trial started!
The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

Five-year-old beauty Mimi (A493339) is looking for a quiet home with space to relax in and explore. This sweet girl is doing really well in her foster home, already adjusting to her new surroundings in just a couple weeks. Her foster parent says that Mimi is very smart and can even open the bathroom cupboard to find the ideal napping spot within! When she’s not discovering new nap spots, Mimi likes to hang out with her foster parent, have conversations, eat, and play. She’s even testing the waters with lap time and snuggles. Imagine how affectionate this cat will be with the stability of a forever home!
