Playhouse Village Association Brings Back “Vino in the Village”

The Playhouse Village Association is reviving its popular community wine tasting event under the banner of “Vino in the Village” (formerly known as “Wine Walk).” The fruit of the vine will pour May 17, offering residents an opportunity to explore local businesses while sampling various wines in fun atmosphere.

“Whether you’re a wine aficionado, a novice, or somewhere in between, Vino in the Village (formerly Wine Walk) is a great way to discover your neighborhood,” the announcement from the Playhouse Village Association read, enticingly.

Embracing the tagline “Swirl. Sip. Stroll.,” the event will take place on Saturday, May 17 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with the brand-new AC Hotel Pasadena at 19 South Madison Avenue listed as the location.

Participants will enjoy “a selection of wine tastings at participating local businesses while exploring Playhouse Village.”

Tickets are $25 and include a commemorative glass, eight wine tastings, small bites, and access to live music. The Association encourages guests to “Bring your friends, please your palate, and make an evening of it!”

The event is described as “an evening of wine tasting and fun in the heart of Playhouse Village” and “a fantastic opportunity to unwind and socialize with friends and neighbors.” Tickets are limited, and a special pre-sale opportunity is available. The Playhouse Village Association emphasizes that event attendees must be 21 and over.
