Preservation Advocate Brett Waterman Headlines Pasadena Heritage’s Craftsman Week

Television host and “Restored” series presenter delivers keynote on architectural craftsmanship at Travis Auditorium at Fuller Seminary, 135 N. Oakland Avenue, on October 16.

“Architecture is the highest form of art because it’s the art we live our lives in every day,” Waterman said, reflecting on the significance of quality design in everyday living. He added, “I’m pulling apart what they put together two or three hundred years ago, learning from those before me as they still teach me.”

Pasadena Heritage describes the lecture as a program highlight, promising insights into the enduring artistry of home restoration.

Tickets for the lecture-only session are $32 for Pasadena Heritage members and $40 for non-members. An optional reception follows at the Blinn House, 160 N. Oakland Ave., from 7:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
