The University Club of Pasadena presents Speak-Easy on Thursday, Sept. 29, with Dr. Greg Sanchez, owner and director of the Home Instead Pasadena and Monrovia franchise offices, discussing localized recruitment and retention strategies that are growing his care professional pipeline, and expanding his company’s capacity to care.
Speak-Easy events are Evenings of Modern Leadership Learnings and Classic Cocktails at the University Club, with a featured topic and speaker every month.
Dr. Sanchez will speak about “Becoming an Employer of Choice in a Post-Pandemic Labor Market,” and discuss how recruiting and retaining individuals for job openings has become more difficult every day. With more and more companies offering similar compensation packages, organizations must move beyond traditional strategies to hire and retain talent.
The event is held at the 1922 Lounge and Patio at the University Club.
