You can stop counting the hours now. It’s here! Randy’s Donuts, that place with the huge rooftop donut off the 405 Freeway on your way to LAX, was scheduled to open its Pasadena early Wednesday, Sept. 2.

The new shop is partnering with Jones Coffee Roasters, exclusively at the Pasadena location.

Yeah, yeah, but here’s the important part — free donuts from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

It goes like this: On  Wednesday,  all guests will receive a free raised glazed donut from 6 a.m. until noon; and then, from noon to 9 a.m., guests who follow Randy’s Donuts @randysdonutspasadena on Instagram will also receive a free raised glazed donut.

“Coffee and donuts are a package deal, and we’re excited to announce our menu partnership with Jones Coffee Roasters at our new Pasadena location,” said Mark Kelegian, president of Randy’s Donuts.

“People come for that giant donut, but really, in the end, it’s the donuts themselves,” Kelegian added, “They’re handmade with fresh, proprietary ingredients, and just that little extra bit of love.”

Guests can find more that 60 different varieties of classic, deluxe, fancy and premium donuts mostly priced under $2, along with Randy’s Rounds (Randy’s Donuts’ much larger version of a donut hole), breakfast sandwiches, French toast donuts and more. What’s more? How about a donut with Froot Loops on top, or a maple twist with bacon on top?

Coffee heads will find a variety of coffee blends, espressos, cold brew, iced drinks, and frappes from Jones Coffee.

The new Randy’s Donuts is at 230 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena. More information about Randy’s Donuts is available at www.randydonuts.com.
