The Coffee Gallery Backstage’s homegrown inspirational rock duo, Jimmy and Tony Licata, return for a rare matinee performance on Saturday, Nov. 19.
The brothers and their friends kick off with an ever more ambitious handcrafted acoustic and vocal harmony set from their popular street performance repertoire, followed by the full band treatment of beloved classic tunes (surprises guaranteed) and crowd favorites of original material from recent Licata Brothers albums.
Joining The Licata Brothers again are fellow CSUN alumni keyboardist Sophia Trevor and bassist Sophia Augustine, as well as drummer Moises Popa, who trained at the Navy School of Music and Musicians Institute.
For those who have not been able to catch their evening programs, this will be your final opportunity in 2022 to embark on another thrilling musical odyssey from this posse of youthfully exuberant and professionally schooled 20-something musicians.
