Saturday Morning: Time for a Visit to the Pasadena Farmers’ Market at Victory Park

Published on Sep 18, 2021

Pasadena Farmers’ Market is open at Victory Park every Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon, to provide you with fresh and nutritious fruits and vegetables, grown by local farmers who are proud and active members of the California Federation of Certified Farmers’ Markets.

At the Farmers’ Market, Pasadena area residents are encouraged to enjoy the experience of buying directly from the farmers that grow healthy, chemical-free and nutritious food.

“What visitors will love even more is the fresh, delicious taste of locally grown, nutritious fruits, vegetables and farm products,” says an announcement about Pasadena Farmers’ Market, which the Pasadena Department of Human Services and Recreation regularly sponsors under the rules of the California Department of Agriculture.

Local farmers and vendors at the Market also have jams, jellies, preserves, fish and other products to offer.

Victory Park is located in the 2900 block of North Sierra Madre Blvd. at the intersection of Sierra Madre Blvd. and Paloma Street in front of Pasadena High School. To get there, entry is through the new monitored entrance at the northwest corner of the parking lot. New signs are visible to guide you.

If you’re on the 210 Freeway, take the San Gabriel off-ramp. At the end of the off-ramp, turn north on Sierra Madre Blvd. towards the mountains and proceed a half mile to the market.

On Tuesdays, Pasadena Farmers’ Market is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Villa Parke, located at 363 East Villa Street.
