Religion takes center stage this fall with “Masters Series,” an adult education program by the Pasadena Senior Center designed to increase understanding of national and international issues, the arts, other cultures, the community, and the individual.

Started September 14 and continuing every Tuesday through October 19, Dr. Phyllis Herman, professor of religious studies at CSU Northridge, will introduce participants to archaic and tribal religious practices, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The six-part series will be presented in person as well as online.
