A charity golf tournament returning for its sixth year will raise funds to support Pasadena’s homeless and vulnerable residents when Friends In Deed hosts “Golfing for Good” on Monday, November 3.
“Golfing for Good returns to Brookside Golf Club on Monday, November 3,” Friends In Deed announced on its official event page.
The tournament at Brookside Golf Club features a full day of competition and fundraising. Registration opens at 9 a.m. along with the driving range, with coffee and donuts provided. A putting contest begins at 10 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. shotgun start. The golf portion concludes at 4 p.m. with cocktails and a silent auction, before dinner, awards and an opportunity drawing at 5 p.m.
A vehicle has been donated for the tournament’s Hole-in-One Challenge.
Proceeds support Friends In Deed Pasadena, a nonprofit organization serving Pasadena’s most vulnerable residents by providing food, shelter and homelessness prevention services.
The event has attracted sponsors at diamond, platinum, gold, silver and bronze levels. Diamond sponsors include Ernest and Gunde Posey, while gold sponsors include The Chapman Family Foundation, Connie Holguin, and Fritz and Angela Miller.
“We are incredibly grateful to our Fall 2025 Golfing for Good Sponsors,” the organization stated on its sponsor recognition page.
