The next time you’re fixing for a cocktail, ask the tender if the bar carries Stark Spirits, the first Certified Craft Distillery in Pasadena and the second in LA County. Run by Greg Stark and Karen Robinson-Stark, Stark Spirits does everything from distilling the liquor, aging it, bottling it, and packaging it.
Stark’s fleet of liquor includes Whiskey, Rum, Gin, Aquavit, and the one-of-a-kind Sunshine Orange Brandy. Sunshine is made completely from pure orange juice and real oranges. It’s a fruity addition to any summer cocktail.

The bartenders over at Edwin Mills add the Sunshine Brandy to Malibu Rum, Peach Schnapps, pineapple and orange juice, and a hit of cranberry to make a Sangria that’s sure to pack a punch.
