Edwin Mills by Equatorat 22 Mills Place in Pasadena, presents the Jazz Cartel on Friday, Nov. 18, 7 to 11 p.m.
The Jazz Cartel is a nine-piece Frank Sinatra-style swing band based in Los Angeles. Their repertoire includes fully arranged original music and beloved standards from the Frank Sinatra catalog as well as the Great American Songbook.
The Jazz Cartel was formed in 2012 at a local hot spot in Pasadena called Twin Palms where the group was the house band. Since then, the band has expanded to play a diverse range of events including weddings, theaters, nightclubs, private celebrity events, and corporate gatherings in Southern California and beyond.
