We made it through Thanksgiving. We made it through Christmas and Hanukkah, and now comes Lent to take us to Easter Sunday.

If you’re looking for an easy place to make meatless choices, Vallarta Supermarkets is offering additional menu offerings in various departments in time for Lent—February 17 to April 3.  And they’re partnering with  Postmates and Instacart, if that doesn’t make it all just too easy.

“During Lent, many customers stop eating meat, this doesn’t have to mean fewer options,” said Andrew Lewis, Vice President of Marketing, Vallarta Supermarkets. “Our Lent menu includes traditional favorites and new recipes across our departments that are full of flavor, adhere to Lent practices and can be delivered to our customers’ homes.”

A wide range of menu items will be available across all 52 stores and various in-store departments: La Cocina, Pescadería, Cevichería, Cremería, and the Grab & Go.

Choices include:

La Cocina (Vallarta’s restaurant)

Starting February 17th, Beyond Meat will again be offered as a protein substitute option at La Cocina at all Vallarta Supermarkets.
