Vroman’s Bookstore in Pasadena has launched its 2022 Bookmark Contest for kids from kindergarten to 6th grade.
Each year, Vroman’s Bookstore receives hundreds of entries to the annual contest, and the bookstore selects their next official bookmark from them to be used in the store all year long.
One bookmark representing the theme “Reading and Books” will be chosen for the Kindergarten to Third grade category, and another from the Fourth to Sixth grade category.
Winning artists will each receive a $50 Vroman’s gift card, and 50 copies of the bookmark to hand out to family and friends. They will also get enough bookmarks for their teachers and classmates.
To enter the 2022 Bookmark Contest, download the entry form from this link, www.vromansbookstore.com/sites/vromansbookstore.com/files/Bookmark%20Contest%20Form%202022.pdf. The form includes space where you can design your bookmark entry.
Just fill up the form, and submit it with your design to Vroman’s Children’s Department at 695 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, or to their Hastings Ranch store at 3729 E. Foothill Blvd.
The deadline for entries is Friday, Feb. 18.
