Walk With Ease, With Fellow Older Adults

Pasadena Village brings you Walk with Ease on Tuesday, Nov. 1, a walking activity that also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies, led by the Arthritis Foundation’s certified Walk with Ease program leader, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Michillinda Park.

Walking is the central activity of the Walk With Ease program where you can walk safely and comfortably with fellow older adults, motivate yourself to get in shape, and reduce arthritis or other joint pain.

Pasadena Village, a nonprofit organization that helps older adults support each other as they age-in-place, is offering this free seven-week journey to better health. The activity is free for adults 55 and above.
