KeebLife 2025, scheduled for Saturday, September 6, will transform the Pasadena Convention Center ballroom into a haven for both custom keyboard culture and animal welfare fundraising.
Every dollar from the event flows directly to Best Friends Animal Society, the largest no-kill animal sanctuary in the United States.
From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 300 East Green Street, hundreds of custom mechanical keyboards will be available for testing alongside artisan keycap creators and vendors, creating what organizers describe as both a celebration of craftsmanship and a fundraising powerhouse.
Tickets cost $20 plus fees, with refunds available up to 30 days before the event.
The first 100 ticket holders receive an exclusive novelty keycap co-sponsored by Inventery and Zenclack through a June 6 ticket drop—a detail that spotlights the community’s appreciation for limited-edition craftsmanship.
The charitable component extends beyond admission fees. Through the Tiltify platform, attendees can make additional donations, with every $5 contribution counting as one raffle entry.
“Vendors are allowed to make sales. That section is for the attendees doing private transactions,” explained enomooshiki, a KeebLife organizer, clarifying the event’s commercial policy.
Organized by the Keeb Life Discord Group, the event demonstrates how online communities can mobilize for real-world impact, transforming enthusiasm for mechanical switches into meaningful support for animal welfare.
