What happens when color vanishes from the world?
Young scientists will solve this mystery through an adventure that blends art and science at Altadena Library District on August 1.
“Science Heroes: Adventure of the Missing Color” transforms the library into an investigation zone where children discover how science and art intersect.
The program, part of the Lunch at the Library summer reading series, runs from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, August 1.
“We get kids excited about the science that’s all around us as we celebrate the scientists who color our world with art!” according to the “Science Heroes” program description from Young Audiences NJ & Eastern PA.
The performance brings into focus the program’s three guiding principles: “science is all around us,” “science is something everyone can do,” and “science can be FUN!”
“Science Heroes: Adventure of the Missing Color” will run on Friday, August 1 at 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
