Organizational psychologist Tasha Eurich argues we’ve been thinking about survival all wrong in virtual talk hosted by Pasadena Public Library.
In a world where “stay resilient” has become the default advice for everything from workplace burnout to global uncertainty, organizational psychologist Tasha Eurich argues we’ve been thinking about survival all wrong.
Resilience alone, she says, isn’t enough.
Tasha Eurich, recognized as the world’s leading self-awareness coach by the Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Awards and a top communication expert by Global Gurus, will discuss her latest insights during a live-streaming author talk hosted by the Pasadena Public Library on Thursday, August 28, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The conversation will center on her book “Shatterproof: How to Thrive in a World of Constant Chaos (And why resilience alone isn’t enough),” which has drawn praise from notable figures.
Bestselling author Brené Brown called it “a generous weaving of brave storytelling, insightful science,” while Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra described it as “a game changer for becoming your best self.”
The online event targets adults of all ages, including emerging adults aged 18–24 and adults over 50, reflecting the universal nature of navigating an increasingly unpredictable world.
