Saturday, November 28, is Small Business Saturday in Old Pasadena, and the more than 125 independent businesses that comprise the Old Pas “commUNITY” hope you could help them this holiday season, when shopping local may be the make or break factor for some of them.
Small Business Saturday is how Old Pasadena will be kicking off the holiday shopping season, with many discounts and deals to encourage residents to shop local and support small businesses.
“This season, local businesses are counting on your holiday dollars to stay afloat and keep their doors open,” the Old Pasadena Management District said. “It’s been such a tough year for small businesses and shopping local through the holidays ensures these treasured locations will continue to serve our community in 2021 and beyond. When you visit your local retailer or restaurant, you help retain jobs, maintain revenue for vital city services, and preserve the unique, local flavor of Pasadena.”
Visiting Old Pas on Small Business Saturday will allow you to take advantage of special promotions and to celebrate with the local commUNITY of independent businesses.
Throughout the holiday season, Old Pasadena will be offering safe and convenient ways to shop your holiday list at over 200 locally owned businesses and national retailers, all within walking distance. More than 100 restaurants will have safe outdoor dining – on streets, sidewalks, and on the commUNITY dining areas along Big Bang Theory Way.
Free parking for 90 minutes will be available at three Park-and-Walk garages, with arrangements for convenient 20-minute pick-up zones and contact-free curbside pick-up at participating businesses.
Small Business Saturday in Old Pasadena opens at 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.
