Haydel, Biel and Associates Exceeds Goal for Day One Fundraiser

Haydel, Biel and Associates held their semi-annual Networking for a Cause event on Thursday. This fun evening brought local professionals together and gave back to the community.

This event benefited Day One, a 26-year-old organization that provides public health education, intervention, and policy development.

The event exceeded the goal of $10,000 and raised $12,000 so that the organization can continue its work in the community. Day One is known for their work with local high school students in the #DOWELL program which creates Wellness Councils to help assess and address the needs of students. The campaign highlighted eight Wellness Ambassadors who developed a social media campaign around the newly formed Wellness Councils to help promote a network of health among students.
