Pasadena Bead & Design Show Brings Artisans From Around the World to Pasadena

Pasadena Bead and Design Show —the traditional artisan handcraft market — returns to the Hilton Pasadena on Friday, January 18th, going through Sunday, January 20th.

This 35,000 sq ft exhibition showcases limited-edition products such as artistic jewelry, hand-carved gemstones, lampworked beads, and hand-sewn clothing, created by artisans from around the world. Exhibitor List Here.

The 3-day show promotes beadmakers, textile weavers, clothiers, ceramists, glass workers, lapidaries, jewelsmiths, enamelists, and metalsmiths, who are committed to traditional techniques, natural colors and sustainable materials.

In its 12th year, Pasadena Bead & Design Show continues to provide the seekers of artisan handcraft with a diverse collection of art clothing, textiles, findings, beading and jewelry-making supplies, embellishments, and a selection of designer accessories such as felted hats, hand-tooled leather, hand-dyed silk, artwear, polymer clay jewelry, woodblock fabric, and vintage items.

The show also gives attendees the opportunity to take a workshop and try their hand at jewelry design, glass fusing, wirework, metal work, crystal setting, art clay silver, leather working, chainmaille, hand knotting, mixed media, alchemy, and Viking knit –or to watch demonstrations.
