Pasadena Firefighters along with a fire engine, truck and rescue ambulance will be in front of the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium this Saturday, December 17th to collect toys for the “Spark of Love” campaign from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

KABC-7 and Southern California firefighters are celebrating the 24th year of the Spark of Love Toy Drive. The campaign collects new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children and teens. Toys collected in the respective counties are distributed locally and in Pasadena are distributed through over fifty non-profit organizations to help with over 7,000 toys requested this year.

The Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation will be donating a gift basket and for every gift dropped off the donor will have an opportunity to win. They do not need to be present to win. The Foundation is a 501(c)3, tax-exempt organization whose primary purpose is to financially ensure the appropriate honoring of a historic past, while building a premier future through making the venue and surrounding activity spaces even more distinguished and iconic as one of the world’s most celebrated entertainment areas.

Bring your camera to take pictures in front of the Rose Bowl with Firefighters and fire apparatus and Santa who may make a guest appearance.

The Rose Bowl is located at 1001 Rose Bowl Drive, Pasadena, CA 91103 and the event will take place rain or shine.
