Pasadena Police Seek Missing Teenager

Shortly after midnight this morning, Pasadena Police issued a “critical missing” alert to the public asking for help in locating a missing 16-year-old boy who insulin dependent.

The bou, Huggins Nicoll, was last seen about 4:45 p.m. “in South Pasadena.”

Nicoll is described by police as standing 5-8″ and weighing 135 pounds, having a light complexion, light brown hair, and green eyes.

He possibly was wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, black Nike tennis shoes, carrying a black and white backpack.

Authorities said that Nicoll has run away in the past; however, due to his medical condition requiring insulin, his situation is potentially dangerous.
