The Terrace restaurant at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena recently welcomed a new Chef de Cuisine, Jason Yu. Chef Yu’s culinary philosophy and use of local ingredients, complements the existing menu and brings a fresh take to the restaurant’s signature dishes.

He’s recently introduced some exciting, new menu items such as Grilled Asparagus with Aji Verde, Ricotta Salata and Pepitas; a delicious Cauliflower Pakora with Crispy Kale, that is vegan and gluten-free; and a Kalbi Short Rib entree marinated in pears and accompanied by pea puree and picked Shimeji mushrooms, to name a few.

The Terrace’s California bistro-style menu is comprised of the freshest, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, along with a delectable breakfast buffet and Dim Sum Sunday Brunch. You can find everything from scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal and pastries at their Breakfast Buffet, or opt for ordering some breakfast favorites like Eggs Benedict or Huevos Rancheros.

Enjoy the new additions to The Terrace’s lunch menu include a Cream of Corn soup or a Rock Shrimp Po’ Boy served with house-made chips. For dinner, enjoy a plate of the Grilled Asparagus or Cauliflower Pakora to accompany the new Bucatini Mussels entree made with Chorizo Butter, Chardonnay, Fennel, Bacon Lardons and Parmesan cheese.
