A 71-year-old Pasadena woman who suffers from dementia and went missing for 10 days was found by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies in the San Fernando Valley and is safe, police said Friday.
Pasadena police said little else, noting they were told by her husband at about 3 p.m. that Patricia Williams had been found.
Williams had been missing since Sept. 7 at 11:45 a.m., police said. She suffers from dementia and does not drive.
Authorities said at the time of her disappearance that her family believed that she was wandering around on foot. Williams likes to frequent areas such as South Arroyo Pkwy and California Blvd.
It is not known how Williams got out to the San Fernando Valley.
