Pasadena police said two people were shot tonight in a 9:22 p.m. incident in the vicinity of 100 block of E. Painter St. Both survived the shooting.
The condition of the victims is not known. One was transported to a local hospital, the second was self-admitted for treatment.
The victims were men, a 20-year-old Pasadena resident and a 22-year-old Los Angeles resident, according to Pasadena Police Lt. Kim Smith.
One person in the neighborhood told Pasadena Now he heard seven to eight shots. There were at least eight evidence markers seen on the ground at the entrance to the parking area, according to RMG News.
As of 11:25 p.m. police were still at the scene of shooting collecting evidence.
No description of the shooter was immediately available.
