A Native View on Thanksgiving: Past and Present

Discover how Thanksgiving began from a Native perspective presented by the Southern California Indian Center on Thursday, November 15 at 4 p.m. at Hastings Branch Library, 3325 E. Orange Grove Blvd.

Attendees will receive a packet with various Indian stories, poems, recipes, maps and current views on what Thanksgiving means to Natives. Enjoy an American Indian display of artifacts and contemporary Indian crafts.
