Altadena Sheriff’s Deputies Find Stolen Car, Arrest Driver

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies from the Altadena Station,searching for a stolen vehicle reportedly driving in northeast Altadena around 4 p.m., found the car and arrested the driver.

Pasadena Police had received the report and put up a police helicopter.

When they requested assistance, Altadena deputies searched throughout west Altadena for the stolen vehicle, and  soon located the vehicle on Lincoln Avenue and Acacia Street.

A felony traffic stop was made and Lincoln Avenue north of Woodbury was shut down for a short period of time.

The 27-year-old male driver was arrested driving a 2015 Jaguar stolen in La Crescenta. Lincoln Avenue is now open.
