Authorities ID Pasadena Man Fatally Shot in Inglewood; Investigation Continuing

Authorities Friday identified a Pasadena man who was fatally shot in Inglewood this week as detectives tried to find whoever killed him.

Hakim Kent, 43, of Pasadena was found lying on the ground about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of North La Brea Avenue and died the scene, according to the coroner’s office and the Inglewood Police Department.

No arrests have been reported, and no information was available on a suspect or suspects.
