Barrister Executive Suites Commits to Pasadena with Lease Renewal at Pasadena Corporate Center

Barrister Executive Suites, a pioneer in rental executive office space, has renewed its lease at the Corporate Center Pasadena and will continue to use the third floor with its 17,431 square feet of space which it has been occupying since 1995.

The Class A office building is located at 225 S. Lake Avenue, at the heart of the prestigious area business district. The building is close to cultural attractions such as historic Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl and the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, and offers convenient access to the 210, 134 and 110 freeways.

Carrie Gates, Barrister’s Vice President for Leasing and Marketing, said renewing the lease was “very important as it has been a successful location for Barrister.”

“It fits right in with the company’s reputation for providing high quality locations coupled with exceptional customer service,” Gates said.

Gates also commended Dan Gallup and Seth Wellisch of Cresa Los Angeles who represented Barrister in the lease negotiations.

Corporate Center Pasadena, built in 1982, contains 254,000 square feet on 15 Floors. Barrister has occupied the third floor, containing 17,431 square feet, since 1995.  It is a Green building and has received a U.S. EPA Energy Star score of 90.
