Chairman Emeritus of Ready Pac Produce Passes Away

The owner of Pasadena Produce and the chairman emeritus of Ready Pac Produce died on Sunday, December 9. He was 101 years.

Seb Gertmenian founded the Pasadena Produce in Monrovia and served in the company until his retirement at the age of 82. His company served the people of San Gabriel Valley for more than 50 years.

Seb’s son, Dennis Gertmenian, is the founder of Ready Pac Produce, which products are being sold in most supermarkets and club stores throughout the United States and in Canada. Seb provided the initial finance to support the start-up of Ready Pac in 1969.
