Dramatic Change in Weather as Pasadena Temps Fall, Light Rain Predicted for Saturday

A change in the recent weather pattern is predicted for Pasadena as the week wraps up, with foggy mornings and drizzle predicted along with decidedly cooler temperatures.

The National Weather Service said the cooling trend will continue through Saturday, when drizzle is expected through about noon.

Some warming will begin on Sunday, then much warmer weather is expected Monday through Wednesday as offshore flow develops across the region.

Today: Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 78. Light and variable wind becoming south southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.

Tonight: Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 55. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light south in the evening.

Friday: Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 77. Light south wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Friday Night: Patchy drizzle after 11 p.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 57. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: Patchy drizzle before 11 a.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 77. Light south wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
