El Cholo to Move to Paseo Colorado

 

After 10 years at their Fair Oaks location, El Cholo will be setting up house in the Paseo Colorado said Blair Salisbury President and CEO of El Cholo. “Everything will be the same, same menu, same servers even the same valet.” said Salisbury.

What won’t remain the same is the parking problem. “Sometimes our guests had to wait for 15 minutes for retrival of their car. At the Paseo Colorado location the retrival time will be much faster and there is 90 minutes free parking,” commented Salisbury. “Most guests take 72 minutes to enjoy their meal. This means most people will fall within the 90 minutes free parking.”

Plans for the Paseo location include two bars, patio seating with a fountain and fireplace. It is scheduled to open mid-November of 2010. Until then the Fair Oaks location will remain open. There may be a week where both locations are closed while the staff is retrained and familiarized with the new location.

So be sure to have a “last meal” at the Fair Oaks location while it’s still open and get ready for the new El Cholo-the same but different!
