Pasadena police are asking the public’s help to locate a missing girl.

Talya Thompson, 14, was last seen Friday, May 15, leaving the campus of John Muir High School.

Authorities describe her standing 5′ 6″ and weighing about 170 pounds. She has medium complexion, brown hair, brown eyes.

Sgt. Keith Gomez said the girl has been run away before. Both her parents and police are concerned she has not returned yet, however, and concern mounts as more time goes by.

“She was not under duress and there was nothing suspicious about her walking away from the campus,” Lt. Jesse Carrillo told City News Service. “She was supposed to be with her older sister and the older sister thought she was with the mom.”

If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Talya Thompson, please call 911 or contact the Pasadena Police Department with any information at (626) 744-4241.
