In what they described as a strategic partnership, three Pasadena legal offices have merged to create the largest law firm in Pasadena.
Primuth, Driskell and Terzian, LLP, Lagerlof, Senecal, Gosney and Kruse, LLP, and the Phelps Law Group, APC, merged to create Lagerlof LLP.
The firm is based at 155 N. Lake Ave.
“It is truly a rarity to come across a team as aligned as our own,” Managing Partner Joshua Driskell said in a prepared statement. “In all cases, every Lagerlof attorney is fully committed to our mission of providing every client with clarity and understanding to succeed in a complex world.”
According to the statement, the new firm has 10 partners and 19 attorneys with a combined total of more than 100 years of experience. The firm already has plans to expand.
The general practice firm offers services in a wide variety of practice areas including estate planning, trust and probate law, corporate and tax law, public agency law, family law, real estate law, litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property law, insolvency, and private wealth and fiduciary support.
“We believe that serving our clients is a privilege that must be continuously earned, especially throughout difficult times,” said Chief Operating Officer Corey Castillo.
“For this reason, and in reflection of our core values — integrity, hard work, excellence and team — we have implemented new protocols to serve our clients, virtually and in-person, in a fashion that protects their health and the wellbeing of their loved ones during this pandemic.”
