“To lose anyone to COVID is a tragedy,” said city spokesperson Lisa Derderian. “Our thoughts are with this family who are grieving a son in his 30’s. We don’t have specific circumstances but know the median age of cases and deaths are getting lower in our city and we all need to take precautions to stop the spread.”
City officials reported 21 new cases and no news deaths on Saturday.
According to the Huntington Hospital dashboard, officials there were treating 48 patients infected by the virus on Sunday.
