The Pasadena Department of Public Health continues to vaccinate residents against COVID-19 on a daily basis, with clinic locations rotating across the city in order to encourage as many eligible residents as possible to get the vaccine.
Those wishing to be vaccinated should register in advance on www.MyTurn.ca.gov. Limited on-site registration is available in many cases.
On Thursday, June 3, the department will provide Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines at the second floor immunization clinic at 1845 N. Fair Oaks Ave.
On Friday, June 4, a vaccination clinic will be held at First Baptist Church, located at 75 N. Marengo Ave., for those receiving their second dose Pfizer vaccine. This clinic is a walk-in and will take place both indoors and outdoors. Clients are advised to park at the Holly Street Parking Garage.
On Saturday, June 5, COVID-19 vaccinations will be at the Pasadena Buddhist Temple, at 1993 Glen Ave. This clinic is outdoors, so please check weather conditions before arriving onsite. One-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccines will be provided to community members at this location.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors to their vaccine appointment to provide consent. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is the only COVID-19 vaccine authorized for people aged 12 and older.
Anyone who does not have internet access or who needs assistance scheduling an appointment on the www.MyTurn.ca.gov website can contact the Pasadena Citizen Service Center at (626) 744-7311 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. through 4 p.m.
