Mark Hagander, Katja Schaper and Michael Rodgers Named Principals at Lucas Horsfall

Mark Hagander, CPA; Katja Schaper, CPA: and Michael Rodgers, CPA, MBT, have been named principals at Lucas Horsfall Accountants and Advisors, it was announced today by Mike Amerio, managing partner of the firm. Hagander and Schaper specialize in audit while Rodgers is a tax principal.

Hagander has been with the firm since June 2003. He is a graduate of the University of Redlands where he lettered four years in baseball and went on to coach baseball in Munich, Germany. He is a resident of Burbank.

Schaper, who joined Lucas Horsfall in 2008, was born in Germany and graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, with a B.S. in accounting. She is fluent in German and English.

Rodgers has been with the firm since January 2007. He earned a B.S. in accounting from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Southern California.

Lucas Horsfall is a 55-person, 59-year-old firm, and is one of the largest accounting and business consulting firms in Southern California.
