Men Rob Woman in East Pasadena

A 25-year-old woman from Santa Clara who was visiting Pasadena lost her cellphone and an undetermined amount of cash to two male robbers, one of whom threatened her with a handgun, late Saturday afternoon.

Pasadena police Lt. Mark Goodman said the armed robbery incident happened at around 3:50 p.m. in the 2800 block of E. Colorado Blvd.

“Both suspects were Hispanic, one of them between 20 to 25 years and the other of unknown age,” Goodman said. “One of the suspects confronted the victim brandishing a firearm, and demanded her cellphone and cash. The victim handed it over, and they fled in a black colored SUV.”

The suspect who was armed was wearing dark clothing when the incident happened, Goodman said. The other wore a beige colored trench coat and blue jeans.
