NAACP Pasadena Invites Pasadena Community To COVID-19 Virtual Town Hall for Health, Safety, and Economic Impact

NAACP Pasadena Executive Board invites the Pasadena community to a virtual town hall focus on COVID-19 pandemic discussion public health, safety, and economic impact.

Speakers for the town hall include Dr. Ying-Ying Goh from the Pasadena Public Health Department, Chief John Perez from the Pasadena Police Department, Mark Jomsky City Clerk of the City of Pasadena, and Ishmael Trone of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.

“COVID-19 has exposed the gaps dividing all of us, more so People-Of-Color (POC) Not just in social isolation, but the rights to live equally in the pursuit of quality health, safety, and economic endurance,” says Allen Edson, President of NAACP Pasadena.

The COVID-19 town hall will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
