Nepalese Woman, Visting the United States, Goes Missing in South Pasadena

A 75-year-old woman from Nepal who was visiting her relatives in South Pasadena has gone missing.

South Pasadena police appealed to the public today for help in locating Ruk Bhandari, who speaks only Nepalese.

Bhandari reportedly walked away from her family’s residence in 1400 block of Grevelia Street, in South Pasadena, at noon today, police said.

Authorities said she stands 5′ tall, weights about 150 lbs, has brown eyes and gray shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a skirt, with pants, and gold earrings.
