A new restaurant will soon open at 59 E. Colorado Blvd. in Old Pasadena, within a 5,500-square-foot retail building that houses a number of other popular food places in this part of the city called “Indiana Colony.”

RE Business Online reports that real estate company BRC Advisors has brokered the lease of a retail property of about 846 square feet in the building for “restaurant space.” BRC would not disclose the names of the tenant and the landlord.

Lorena Tomb of BRC Advisors represented the tenant in the transaction, says the report.

BRC Advisors is a full service commercial real estate company, with headquarters in downtown Los Angeles and additional offices throughout Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.

The company has considerable success overseeing commercial leasing, and holds the distinguished position of First Place for commercial leasing in the City of Beverly Hills.

The new establishment will be located next to Intelligentsia Coffee and the new Umami Burger. The area is described as having high ceilings, about 17 feet, served by a new elevator and located in an area with tremendous foot and car traffic.

The building has recently undergone extensive renovation including common areas and has electrical, plumbing, roof and HVAC essentials installed.

The area also features two large display areas with a double door entrance. The building has enough parking credits to accommodate full restaurant use or retail shop use.
