No Rain In Sight As Pasadena Heads Towards Warm, Dry Weekend

Dry and warmer conditions are expected in Pasadena this week and through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Night through morning low clouds and fog may affect portions of the city through Sunday.

On Thursday, Pasadena will experience partly cloudy skies as high clouds move overhead in the afternoon. Temperatures will warm by 3 to 6 degrees under the strengthening April sunshine.

Friday will bring a chance of slowly developing low clouds in the morning. Temperatures will cool by 3 to 6 degrees, with maximum temperatures in the mid-60s to mid-70s, which is 3 to 6 degrees below normal.

Over the weekend, a ridge will slowly build, and the marine layer cloud coverage will diminish. Pasadena will see 3 to 6 degrees of warming each day, with Sunday’s maximum temperatures ending up 2 to 4 degrees above normal.

Looking ahead to Monday, a trough will move in, bringing a return of low-level clouds in the morning and a 3 to 6-degree drop in temperatures.
