A 25-year-old Los Angeles resident who was on parole was arrested Wednesday after he was involved in an apparent road rage incident followed by a hit and run at the corner of Fair Oaks Avenue and Washington Blvd. in Pasadena.
Pasadena Police Lt. Mark Goodman said the man, identified as Kendall Hollinquest, was involved in a dispute with another driver near the intersection at about 5:30 p.m.
“As a result of this dispute, Mr. Hollinquest ended up being involved in a traffic collision at the northwest corner of the Fair Oaks and Washington,” Goodman said. “Subsequent to the traffic collision, Mr. Hollinquest fled the vehicle and was located at the 1300 block of N. Raymond Avenue by responding officers.”
The officers found the suspect to be a parolee at large and took him into custody, Goodman said.
Hollinquest was charged with delaying officers in the performance of their duties and hit and run.
