Pasadena’s Parsons Ranks Among InformationWeek Elite 100

Pasadena-based Parsons is pleased to announce that it has been ranked 86 on this year’s InformationWeek Elite 100—a list of the top business technology innovators in the United States. Parsons received this distinction for its state-of-the-art software application called Intelligent NETworks® (iNET), an Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS).

iNET is a modular, web-based platform designed to collect, disseminate, and manage transportation information and systems. It provides a wide variety of ATMS solutions, including: real-time traffic monitoring, traffic prediction, dynamic message sign control, dynamic lane management, speed harmonization, ramp meter control, travel time messaging, incident response plans, and automatic incident detection, among many other solutions. iNet is currently implemented in multiple states plus a number of additional locations nationally and internationally. Five additional states are considering iNET deployments in the next 12 months.
