Pasadena-based Parsons Awarded Ukraine Nuclear Security Program

Parsons has been awarded a competitively bid task order under the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrating Contract II (CTRIC II) for the Ukraine Nuclear Security and Readiness Program. Under the program, Parsons will work with the Government of Ukraine to enhance security at its nuclear facilities and improve its readiness to respond to nuclear incidents.

Parsons will serve as program manager, working with organizations within the Government of Ukraine and U.S. stakeholders to ensure that program requirements are met. Services include equipment assessments and procurement, facility upgrades to create emergency operations centers, and nuclear security training and exercises.
