Virtualitics, a Pasadena company that provides Explainable AI-driven data analytics and applications, has been included among the “Best Places to Work” list by Built In, an online community for national startups and tech companies.

The “Best Places to Work” award for 2024 acknowledges Virtualitics as one of the top startups to work for in Los Angeles. The recognition underscores Virtualitics’ ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

“We’re excited to earn our place on the Built In lists for the third consecutive year,” Virtualitics co-founder and CEO Michael Amori said. “Virtualitics’ role in driving transformative business outcomes extends beyond our organization to our customers around the globe. This recognition is a testament to our collective effort and the impactful changes we’re making in the world of AI.”

The “Best Places to Work” awards evaluate companies based on various criteria including benefits, compensation, diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI) programs, flexible work opportunities, and other people-first offerings. Through the awards, Built In aims to connect individuals with industry insights and job opportunities at companies they believe in.

In a statement, Maria Christopoulos Katris, Built In Founder and CEO, extended her  congratulations to Virtualitics and all the other winners this year.

“I am truly inspired by these companies that have risen to the challenge of fostering a positive work environment, maintaining a strong brand, and ensuring employee satisfaction,” she said. “The future is filled with promise, and we are so excited to see what lies ahead.”

Virtualitics’ AI Platform leverages Explainable AI (XAI) to empower business leaders, data scientists, and analysts with advanced analytics and applications for optimized decision-making. The platform’s intuitive user interface enables users to engage with complex datasets effortlessly while the AI autonomously generates multidimensional visualizations and uncovers vital insights.

The recognition from Built In follows Virtualitics’ announcement last August of a $37 million Series C investment by Smith Point Capital and its inclusion on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.
