On Saturday, April 18, Pasadena Heritage is offering an educational online workshop covering how to apply for the Mills Act property tax incentive. This is an annual workshop that Pasadena Heritage usually hold in person, but due to social distancing guidelines, will be presented via Zoom.

Joining to host this workshop will be Kevin Johnson, Senior Planner at the City of Pasadena’s Design & Historic Preservation Section. PH also hope to be joined by Adriana Lim, Appraiser at Los Angeles County’s Office of the Assessor, if technical capacity will allow. A Q&A session will follow presentations by both presenters.

The online workshop will start at noon. The event is free for all attendees, but pre-registration on Eventbrite is required. Login info will be emailed to all registered guests.
