Pasadena Police Taser Aggressive Man After Physical Confrontation With Officers

A man who allegedly committed a lewd sex act in a restaurant then refused to leave the business at closing time aggressively confronted Pasadena police Tuesday night, who tasered and arrested him.

The incident unfolded in the 700 block of East Colorado Boulevard shortly before midnight, but began earlier after employees reportedly saw the suspect enter a restroom and mastrubate within sight of customers.

When the employees asked him to leave the premises but he refused, police were called, Lt. Kelly Evans said.

“He was aggressive with officers,” Evans said, and struggled with officers to resist being arrested.

The officers tasered the man to subdue and arrest him. The man was not injured.

Arrested and booked into the city jail for felony resisting arrest was Jordan Pasquapayne, aged 26, of Pasadena, Evans said.
