The Pasadena Public Health Department announced a free community health fair will be held on Saturday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Robinson Park Recreation Center, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave. The event will feature free food, family-fun activities, health screenings, educational workshops, a COVID-19 vaccine clinic, and information on programs and services for well-being.

“We want Pasadena families to know that their local public health department is a resource to them,” said Manuel Carmona, acting public health director. “PPHD staff are excited to share practical ways for community members to maintain and improve health and well-being.”

The event is sponsored by the Pasadena Public Health Department and community partners.

In addition to activities provided by PPHD programs, the event is scheduled to include oral health screenings provided by Young and Healthy Pasadena and health screenings provided by Huntington Health. Free food will be provided by the Pasadena Firefighters Association, Local 809.
