Police Activity In Maple St Between Allen And Linda Rosa. Fatal Collision. Avoid Area.

Pasadena Police is currently investigating a fatal traffic collision on Maple St. just east of Allen Ave. The Allen Ave. exit off ramp from the westbound 210 and Maple St. between Allen and Linda Rosa will be closed for and extended period while the investigation is conducted.

The police department received a report of a vehicle collision on Maple St. near Allen Ave.

There were two victims. The male driver, approximately 20-30 years old died at the scene. A female passenger, approximately 20-25 years old was transported to a local area hospital in serious condition.

The cause of the collision is unknown. The police department Traffic Section is on scene conducting their investigation.
